Summary
The Content Creator executes and leads a wide range of video projects that support the mission of Southeast Christian Church. This role plays a key part in telling “One at a time” stories, capturing and sharing how God is moving in individual lives while inspiring the church to be unleashed to love others. Operating across both cinematic and fast-turn content, the Content Creator drives storytelling across the church, crafting excellent work that supports and tells the story of Southeast. This role stewards creative gifts in partnership with the team and the Holy Spirit to deliver content that is both impactful and aligned with the church’s vision.

What you will be doing:
 Storytelling & Project Ownership
- Own and lead mid-tier “One at a time” stories across both marketing campaigns and ministry initiatives.
- Capture and craft compelling narratives that highlight life change and ministry impact. Translate both strategic campaign needs and ministry moments into clear, engaging stories.
- Apply the Before / Turn / After / Invitation framework on story-driven work.
- Ensure each story supports the mission of loving people one at a time and inspires action within the church.
Campaign & Event ExecutionÂ
- Support Filmmakers on Tier 1 cinematic projects through shooting, editing, and collaboration.
- Lead video coverage for events and multi-op environments (e.g., Easter, camps, conferences).
- Create supporting content for campaigns including recaps, promos, and social deliverables.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables within a campaign.
Content Versatility & SpeedÂ
- Produce a wide range of content, from story-driven pieces to quick-turn recaps and social videos.
- Execute both planned shoots and run-and-gun production environments effectively.
- Balance quality and speed while maintaining a strong creative standard.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ministry needs.
Collaboration & Creative ContributionÂ
- Collaborate with Filmmakers and Editorial Content Creators to execute team priorities. Contribute creative ideas that elevate storytelling across projects.
- Partner with ministries to understand needs and bring clarity to their stories.
- Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and shared ownership.
What we are looking for:Â
- 3–5 years of professional video production experience including shooting and editing, with at least one role involving both campaign work and event coverage.
- Reel that demonstrates range, cinematic story pieces, fast-turn recaps, multi-op event coverage, social-native short form.
- Proficiency in camera systems, lighting, audio, and editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent).
- Strong storytelling instincts; can identify the meaningful moment in real time and frame it with intent.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creativity, speed, and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
- Working AI fluency; uses AI for transcription, edit acceleration, asset variants, and production documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; takes direction from teammates as well as leadership.
- A heart for ministry and a desire to help tell stories that inspire the church to take action.
