About the RoleÂ
As Field Supervisor. You’ll manage caregiver schedules, maintain strong communication with caregivers, clients, and families. Ensure caregivers have the supplies and equipment they need to succeed in providing the highest level of care for all clients. Be prepared to support and cover shifts when needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering reliable, compassionate hands-on, person-centered care to our clients.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Build and manage weekly caregiver schedules. (Must have a reliable computer)
• Respond quickly to call‑outs and staffing changesÂ
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, preferences, and needsÂ
• Client & Family Communication. Conduct regular check-ins with clientsÂ
• Gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfactionÂ
• Document updates and communicate changes to managersÂ
• Ensure PCAs have proper supplies, PPE, and functioning equipmentÂ
• Provide reminders, coaching, and follow‑up to maintain quality careÂ
• Assist caregivers with questions, updates, trainings, and day‑to‑day needsÂ
• Cover shifts when necessary to maintain continuity of careÂ
• Perform in-home check-ins and quality assurance visitsÂ
• Support onboarding, training reminders, and credential trackingÂ
• Assist with incident reporting, care plan updates, and communication logsÂ
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and client experienceÂ
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to agency growth initiativesÂ
• Handle additional responsibilities typical of a supervisor's roleÂ
- Must be flexible to work anytime during the week and weekends and available to cover last minute call out shiftsÂ
QualificationsÂ
• Must be a CNA with at least five years' experience, current/active CNA certification
Experience in home care, healthcare, customer service, and schedulingÂ

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skillsÂ
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressureÂ
• Reliable, organized, and committed to high‑quality serviceÂ
• Comfortable with technology (scheduling software, email, mobile apps)Â
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation is mandatory
