We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a full-time orthopedic position in Winchester, Virginia.

This role involves taking ownership of patient care from the initial evaluation through the later stages of rehabilitation. You’ll work with people whose injuries or orthopedic conditions have made it harder to work, exercise, move comfortably, or manage normal daily activities.

Your clinical judgment will guide what happens next in their treatment rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.
