What You’ll Do (1-on-1 Direct Care)

  • Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting using compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client needs and supports neurodiversity acceptance.

  • Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

  • Track Session Data: Use a provided clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are

  • Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

  • Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thriving in a collaborative team setting.

  • Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their level and maintain safety protocols.

  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
