What You'll Do

As a Finish Room Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and appearance our customers expect. Responsibilities may include:

• Spraying and applying finishes to cabinet components
• Sanding, prepping, and sealing surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
• Wiping down and inspecting stained materials for quality
• Loading and unloading parts on the production line
• Operating finishing equipment and spray systems safely and efficiently
• Identifying and correcting minor finish defects
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Supporting team goals and production schedules

What We're Looking For

We're searching for reliable team members who are willing to learn and take pride in producing quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finishing, painting, sanding, woodworking, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company

No finishing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
