The HR Administration and Payroll Manager oversees the entire infrastructure of employee administration. This role ensures accurate payroll execution, competitive compensation strategies, compliance with labor laws, and efficient HR data management to support business growth and employee satisfaction.

HR Operations & Administration
- Own and manage day-to-day HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accurate recordkeeping, and strict data privacy compliance.
- Standardize HR processes, draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous administrative improvements.
- Manage general office administration and vendor relationships related to HR tech platforms and external services

Compensation & Benefits (Comp & Ben)
- In collaboration with the Region, design, benchmark, and administer fair, competitive total rewards strategies (salary structures, bonuses, and incentives).
- Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness perks) and coordinate annual open enrollment.
- Monitor internal pay equity and assist senior leadership with compensation budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost analysis

Payroll Management
- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing in coordination with Finance and external payroll vendors.
- Verify timesheets, wage calculations, tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and statutory filings.
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax forms, and compensation discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee year-end payroll reconciliation and relevant reporting

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure complete compliance with local labor laws and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare periodic HR metrics, dashboards, and audits for management and financial reviews.
- Handle confidential employee data with absolute integrity and discretion

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in an HR Administration function, with specific focus on payroll and budget management
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills, with a high level of confidentiality
- Proactivity and sense of prioritiesÂ
- Previous experiences in multinational companies are an appreciated plus
- Fluent in Italian and English

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position starts from 55.000€. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Tiffany's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
