NCIA is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director, Employment & Community Inclusion to provide strategic and operational leadership for its Meaningful Day Program. This role oversees program operations, staff development, compliance, budgeting, community partnerships, and employment initiatives that support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful community participation and competitive employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and strategic growth of Meaningful Day and Employment Services programs. Supervise, mentor, and develop program staff while fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Ensure compliance with HCBS Waiver requirements, CMS Final Rule, LTSS Maryland, COMAR regulations, and NCIA policies. Manage program budgets, staffing, documentation, billing, and performance metrics. Develop partnerships with employers, community organizations, funding agencies, and families. Advance initiatives related to community employment, customized employment, volunteerism, and community inclusion. We believe in investing in our employees. Minimum 8 years of experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in employment or day support settings. Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience, including 5 years in senior leadership. ACRE certification required; CESP certification preferred (required within 12 months of hire if not already obtained). Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and relationship-building skills. Valid Maryland Driver’s License with fewer than 3 points. Additional Requirements Successful completion of criminal background screening, fingerprinting, and drug testing.
