You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious goodies. Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
- Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
- Bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
- Decorate cakes, frosting and icing experience a must!
- Prepare custom orders
- Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary Â
Qualifications:Â
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferredÂ
- Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Previous experience decorating cakes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team player
- Available for early morning shifts
