Job DetailsJob Location: JHCC-SNF - MILWAUKEE, WI 53202Job Shift: AM - 1stJob Purpose: - The HR Business Partner at OVATION COMMUNITIES will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of human resources management. The role is designed to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of performance excellence and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational performance. - Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions to complex issues. - Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. - Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any concerns or conflicts. - Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. - Manage performance management systems, facilitating employee evaluations and feedback processes. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary. - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR practices. - Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and transformation efforts. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, implementing programs and initiatives to foster a diverse workforce.QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role. - Proven track record of working effectively with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies. - Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with discretion. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
