Job DetailsJob Location: JHCC-SNF - MILWAUKEE, WI 53202Job Purpose: - The RN Supervisor at Ovation Communities will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This full-time position requires a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse who can lead by example, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure optimal patient care. - Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. - Monitor patient care activities and intervene as necessary to address any issues or concerns. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff. - Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the nursing team promptly and professionally.QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
