The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, providing information, communicating with departments. Performs various clerical duties such as answering telephones, recording messages, preparing charts, copying materials, typing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- experience in a health care setting and experience with office equipment
- 50 WPM
Reception area is open: Monday thru Friday 5:00 am to 730 pm (no weekends.)Â You will be asked to fill in shifts within those time frames.
