Foley Mansfield is seeking a self-motivated remote Calendaring/Docketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintenance of centralized legal docketing system for high volume civil defense practice. We are willing to train a great candidate who loves to learn! This position can be filled by a candidate in CA, IL, MN, or MO, however the regular hours are in Pacific Standard Time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 0-3 years of legal docket or calendaring/docketing experience
  • Ability to interpret civil rules of procedure in State and Federal courts
  • Ability to accurately calculate dates
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize high volume workload
  • Exceptional organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications. Rules-based docketing software experience a plus
