Sales Performance & Analytics Intern Summer 2027

Role Overview:   

The Sales Performance & Analytics Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

The Sales Performance & Analytics Intern position is the perfect opportunity to Amp Up Your Career if you're interested in data analytics, sales performance, business intelligence, project management, and process improvement. You'll help build reports and dashboards, analyze key business metrics, support technology and operational projects, and collaborate with leaders across Retail Operations, IT, Customer Support, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify trends and opportunities to help drive business decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Manage Data & Business Insights Projects: Assist with maintaining data accuracy, updating data flows across systems, and supporting analytics initiatives that improve reporting processes and business performance visibility.
• Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to support ongoing projects, provide data-driven insights, and gain exposure to business performance management and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications: 

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations, or a related field.

• Current Junior with a graduation date between May - June 2028.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $20-21/hour.

Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.
