Role Overview:  Â
The Supply Chain Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

The Supply Chain Intern position is the perfect opportunity to Amp Up Your Career if you have a mind for inventory analysis, demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, supplier performance tracking, and process improvement projects that drive operational efficiency and business results.
Key Responsibilities:Â
Inventory Analytics & Optimization: Analyze inventory and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support inventory optimization and operational improvements.Â
Supply Chain Performance Reporting: Maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track supplier performance, inventory health, and key supply chain metrics.Â
Demand Forecasting & Planning: Support forecasting, demand planning, and process improvement initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams on supply chain and operational projects.

Required Qualifications:Â
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Current Junior with a graduation date between May - June 2028
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience utilizing an ERP system and PowerBI or other visualization toolÂ
- Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
Compensation:Â Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $22-23/hour.
Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.
