At Tangletown Dental, we're seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. This is a part-time opportunity working just 2 days per week, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $60-$65/hr based on experience
Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly

Mondays and Tuesdays: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
Take and review digital radiographs
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

✅ Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist
Active MN license in good standing
Warm and Friendly personalities welcomed!

Preferred Qualifications:

Laser certified but not required (willing to pay for laser training!)
