Fine Dining Experienced Bartender:
801 Chophouse Minneapolis is hiring for an Experienced Bartender! This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink. This position may also cover server shifts based on operational needs. Â
Requirements & Expectations:
- Minimum of 3 years, but preferably at least 4 years of bartending experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment. Â
- Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.Â
- Must be at least 21 years old.Â
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine.Â
- Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.Â
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment.
- Must be available to work any day of the week, including evenings and some holidays. Weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) are required. Â
- Must be open to working shifts as a server to help with coverage based on restaurant needs. Â
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.Â
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Â
- Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
Compensation:Â $16.37 per hour, plus tips
