What You'll Be Doing
- Safely perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling
- Support plant operations by assisting with equipment checks and basic maintenance activities
- Monitor work areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient production conditions
- Follow standard operating procedures and communicate issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
What Are We Looking For
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in varied environmental conditions
- Capability to learn and operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in plant operations
- Reliability, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and support changing work priorities
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
