Lawn Maintenance Crew Member – Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a professional lawn and landscape company.

Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability.

Job Responsibilities

• Mow residential and commercial properties using commercial zero-turn mowers
• Operate string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers
• Edge sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds
• Trim around trees, buildings, fences, and other obstacles
• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hard surfaces
• Perform basic shrub trimming and landscape maintenance
• Load, unload, and properly secure equipment
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
• Perform a final walk-through of properties to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow company safety procedures and crew leader instructions
• Help the crew complete the scheduled route each day

Requirements

• Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred
• Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers is preferred
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions
• Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must work well with others and follow directions
• Must take pride in quality and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required
