We are now looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Coagulant Manufacturing facility in Mojave, CA. This position oversees the end-to-end maintenance planning workflow, serves as the site’s SAP super-user, and manages procurement activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation spare parts. Also this position will working closely with the Maintenance Manager and Operations team.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Coordinating with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime
  • Managing maintenance records and documentation in SAP
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Sourcing and purchasing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies, spare parts, and specialized contractor services.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • And any other duties as assigned

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • At lease 3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate technical and safety concepts in English and Spanish is preferred

The hourly rate for consideration for this position is $43.27 – $50.48 per hour with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid time off, life/disability insurance and a 401k retirement plan (which includes a company match).
