We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Moline, IL.
The role involves interviewing for entry-level positions, conducting new employee orientations, and maintaining training and personnel files.

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of employee-owners at our Moline, IL location.

Responsibilities will include:

Interviewing for entry-level hourly positions
New employee orientation and onboarding
Maintaining training and personnel files
Timekeeping
Work comp administration
Safety program administration
Facilitating employee ownership committee and activities and other duties as required

Candidates with experience in the following areas preferred:

Position to work onsite to support 3-shift 24x7 production environment.
