Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper

This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of apartment community grounds, amenities, facilities, recreational areas, and other common grounds.

Maintain all areas in satisfactory curb appeal.

Pick up grounds and remove debris

Clean laundry area, pool and other recreational areas, and other common areas, etc.

Assist maintenance team with various duties as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
