What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Maintain consistent material flow to support production and customer loading activities.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deliver excellent service.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production, mining, quarry, or industrial environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to inspect equipment, identify concerns, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Capability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to perform physical job duties in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment

  • Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
  • Frequent operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Physical activities may include climbing, bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
