Your challenge
•   Troubleshoot/analyze failure or errors on machine/setup and equipment and identify cause.Â
•   Maintain and repair machines and equipment based on root cause analysis.Â
•   Replace or rebuild defective or broken manufacturing/machine parts effectively.
•   Perform and document preventive maintenance of machines/equipment according to procedures.
•   Requisition of all necessary spare parts.
•   Complete all maintenance Reports, documentation and checklists according to procedures.
•   Support new equipment installation.
•   Support/backup Facilities.
•   Train Operators on Standard Operation of machines and equipment.
•   Maintain clean appearance of shop and floor.
•   Work according to safety regulation and guidelines.
Other Duties as assigned.

Authority:
   •   Ensure safety requirements (e.g. lock out / tag out).
•   Ensure machines/equipment meet output/efficiency goals.
•   Repair decision based on root cause analysis.
•   Preventive maintenance of production equipment.
•   Coordinate preventive maintenance with production planning.
•   Proactive input for preventive maintenance plans and possible error causes on machines.Â
•   Approve new equipment installation and service reports.
•   Maintain general appearance of shop and floor.
Work according to safety regulation and guidelines.
Your Profile
•   High school education or equivalent.Â
•   Technical education (mechanical/electrical) or equivalent.
•   Manufacturing experience or equivalent.Â
•   Must have sufficient communication and writing skills.
•   Computer knowledge desired, MS-Office 2003 or above

Physical Requirements:Â Â Â
•   Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.Â
•   Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.Â
•   Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspections as outlined in SOPs and TPs.
