Asistente de ServicioPRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES: -Asistir las solicitudes de servicio que requiera el cliente con un enfoque personalizado, a fin de generar una experiencia única en cada visita. -Realizar y generar las recargas a los clientes a través de la supervisión de los mismos para detectar cuando lo requieran y no se vea interrumpido además de asegurar su satisfacción. -Aclarar y atender dudas ante necesidades del cliente para asegurar la satisfacción del mismo dentro de la sala. -Detectar y proponer nuevas iniciativas en máquinas y promociones a través de las interacciones con clientes y experiencias para lograr los objetivos. -Orientar y asistir al cliente en las mecánicas de juego, en base a los cursos y capacitaciones para mejorar la experiencia y promover la fidelidad del mismo.
