About the Role:
The Sales Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel. The Receptionist will perform a variety of general administrative duties, including greeting clients, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization. By managing multiple phone lines and operating office equipment such as copy machines, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and positive image of the organization through excellent communication and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and general office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with email.
