Sonic Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to transport in-patients to and from the Radiology Department using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds.
Additional duties include assisting patients in the department, delivering supplies, and assisting with image processing.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, with no prior experience necessary.
Candidates must possess a BLS certification and be comfortable using equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, and O2 regulators.
The position may require physical activities such as walking for extended periods, stooping, bending, and lifting over 25 pounds.

The primary responsibility of this position is to transport in-patients to and from the Radiology Department with the use of wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds. Other duties would include giving assistance to patients while in the department, delivering of supplies and assisting with image processing.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: None required

Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Required BLS

Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: Wheelchairs, stretchers, beds, O2 regulators and tanks

Specialized Skills: None

Physical Requirements: Requires walking for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, and lifting in excess of 25 pounds
