The Club at Bella Collina is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the overall dining experience for our esteemed members and guests. Elevated Member & Guest Experience
- Create warm, gracious, personalized experiences for members and guests.
- Anticipate needs and preferences through active engagement and attention to detail.
- Address concerns discreetly and professionally.
- Build relationships through name recognition and preference awareness.
- Ensure service reflects private club etiquette and luxury standards.
Leadership & Team Excellence
- Inspire, coach, and mentor front-of-house team members.
- Lead polished daily pre-shift lineups.
- Model professionalism and calm leadership under pressure.
- Maintain a visible floor presence during service periods, interacting with members and guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve guest and member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop staff knowledge in food, wine, spirits, etiquette, and service.
- Create a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Train employees on steps of service, POS systems, responsible alcohol service, and club standards.
- Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance coaching of front-of-house staff.
- Ensure impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards consistently and fairly.
Multi-Outlet Operations Oversight
- Direct daily operations across all assigned outlets.
- Assist in developing Operational SOPS across all outlets.
- Monitor service flow, staffing levels, and outlet readiness throughout each shift.
- Coordinate reservations, seating strategy, and guest flow.
- Ensure readiness of poolside service, golf outlets, and beverage cart.
- Ensure side work, opening duties, and closing duties are completed to standard.
- Inspect cleanliness, ambiance, lighting, and presentation.
- Support private events, tournaments, and member functions.
- Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs, secure buildings/outlets, and verify proper shutdown procedures.
- Maintaining inventory of controllables within Dining Outlets. (Pens, staples, menus, etc.)
Culinary & Beverage Partnership
- Work closely with culinary leadership on menu changes and service timing.
- Support wine sales initiatives and premium beverage experiences.
- Encourage thoughtful upselling that enhances guest enjoyment.
- Maintain awareness of inventory and product quality.
Administrative & Financial Stewardship
- Monitor labor deployment and scheduling efficiency when creating the schedules for Outlets.
- Reconciling Hospitalities & Service Fails into file nightly.
- Review sales performance, check averages, comps, and voids.
- Support payroll accuracy and POS controls.
- Assist with inventories and expense management.
- Maintain and coordinate all Food & Beverage mandatory trainings. (i.e., TIPS, ServSafe, etc.)
- Identify revenue opportunities while preserving member satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all club policies, health department regulations, and alcohol service laws.
- Promote a safe working environment and complete incident reports as required.
- Respond appropriately during emergencies and support established procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food service management practices and health regulations.
- Experience in training development for staff members is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with bar operations is a plus.
