• Location: 1542 B Mecklenburg Hwy Mooresville, NC 28115

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM start (Overtime & weekends required as needed)

• Requirements: 1–3 years landscape maintenance experience, NC Driver's License with a clean driving record, ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively

What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will jump right in with your crew to bring top-notch service to our client site. Serving as a hands-on Landscaping Supervisor, you will lead by example while driving daily operations on the ground.

• Direct and support crew members in carrying out daily assignments from the foreman and manager

• Work side-by-side with your team performing mowing, mulching, sod installation, spraying, and irrigation maintenance

• Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are met on every job

What You Bring To The Team

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience

• Valid and clean North Carolina Driver’s License

• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout your shift

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when duty calls

• Strong work ethic and team-first leadership attitude
