Full-Time Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the first impression of clients, guests, visitors, and callers, and for maintaining the dynamic tempo of the office. The Office Coordinator cordially greets and directs lobby visitors and manages a multi-line phone system while maintaining exceptional organizational systems to coordinate the daily operations of the office. The Office Coordinator supports team members in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, serving as the point of contact for conference room setup and reservation, vendor and supply management, and providing varied levels of administrative support to team members.

 

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent required, two years of administrative support is strongly preferred, including experience with multi-line phone system, along with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office programs, and communicating in English (verbal and written).

 

What are the hours?

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday 8 A.M.–5 P.M.
