Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping Co. is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to help lead our team in completing quality residential and commercial landscaping projects.
We're looking for someone who knows the industry, takes pride in their work, and can keep a crew moving while still being willing to work alongside them.
As a Crew Leader, you'll guide your crew's day-to-day work while making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and work alongside a landscape crew
- Coordinate daily work and help keep projects on schedule
- Perform landscape maintenance and installation
- Assist with hardscape and tree care projects
- Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Communicate clearly with crew members
- Maintain quality and safety standards on job sites
- Assist with snow removal and plowing during the winter season
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and quality-focused work ethic
Hardscape experience, drain tile knowledge, garden design experience, and mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment are all a plus.
What We Offer:
- $19–$24 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Monday–Friday schedule
