Job DetailsJob Location: 90 - Administration - Morgantown, WV 26508  BENEFITS: · Health Insurance · 401(K) Matching · Paid Time Off · Disability Insurance · Opportunities for Advancement   KB Fast Foods – District Manager - Burger King   Reports To: VP of Operations   Basic Function: The District Manager will manage between 4-6 restaurants and is responsible for leading, motivating and providing tools, training, and resources to achieve the maximum performance in each restaurant.  Responsibilities:  Instructs, trains, coaches, and develops General Manager to become highly proficient with the ability to develop others.  Creates an environment that fosters trust, dignity and respect, initiative, accountability, open communication, and team work.  Responsible for meeting customer service objective levels. Monitors daily, weekly operational statistics and reporting trends. Maximizes on the overall sales and profits for the restaurants. Trains, guides, coaches and develops employees. Works well under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Works independently while having good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Monitors BK operational programs, processes, and metrics to identify restaurant issues; Involves management team in resolving operational challenges Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of management experience with at least two years at the multi-unit level, from the restaurant industry. Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and team building capabilities.   Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
