About the Role:
Join Hampton Inn Morgantown as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience during their stay. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working overnight.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the security of the hotel and its guests during overnight hours.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation overnight.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or finance education is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel operations or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
