POSITION TITLE:Â
The Production Lead oversees production on the cartline to ensure everyone is on track and moving in the right direction.
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills/Abilities:Â
- Resolve assembly and production issues.
- Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment.
- Prepare and clean assembly area prior to production setup.
- Assemble parts into complete assembly.
- Set up assembly for production.
- Inspect product to verify production specifications.
- Maintain required quality and production levels.
- The ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Pull & Label Orders.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 1 or more Years of Assembly/Factory work
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Â
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Dusty, fumes, toxic chemicals.
- Cold/hot outdoor temperatures.
1st Shift 6:00am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Thursday and occasional Fridays.
