You'll gain hands-on experience across every Human Resources Center of Excellence—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, investigations, labor relations, engagement initiatives, and organizational development. What Makes This Role Different?

This isn't a position where you'll spend years doing only recruiting or only benefits.

You'll develop expertise across multiple HR disciplines while working alongside seasoned HR professionals who are committed to mentoring and developing future HR leaders. If your goal is to become an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Director, this role will give you the experience to get there.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has approximately 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Communicates professionally and builds strong relationships
  • Handles confidential information with integrity
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys solving problems and helping employees succeed
  • Has strong organizational and follow-through skills

Experience working in a unionized environment and interpreting a Collective Bargaining Agreement is a significant plus.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or a desire to obtain certification is also a plus.
