What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently throughout the quarry.
  • Transport aggregate materials to designated locations while maintaining production goals.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment concerns promptly.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
  • Support quarry operations through teamwork, housekeeping, and operational assistance as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety with strong awareness of surroundings and operating conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the capability to complete inspections and identify equipment issues.
  • Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational priorities.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
