You will track  inquiries and prospective residents utilizing our CRM technology platform. Your goal is to achieve targeted occupancy goals.  Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.  Work together with the team to execute events that  draw prospects to the community. QualificationsQualifications:  Positive and Optimistic Attitude.  A passion for serving seniors and their families.  Understanding of the needs of seniors and solutions available to them through Assisted Living and the general community resources.  Results and Goal Driven Previous experience in marketing & sales A degree in marketing is a plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Active Listener. Knowledge of computers systems and programs.  Organization and diligence in creative follow up with prospects.
