What You’ll Do (Your Role as a Smile Concierge)
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you are essential to both the patient experience and the clinical flow.
- Â Support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenesÂ
- Â Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipmentÂ
- Â Ensure instruments are sterilized and ready at all timesÂ
- Â Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficientlyÂ
- Â Communicate clearly with patients and parents to create a warm, welcoming experienceÂ
-  Jump in wherever needed; no task is “not your job.”Â
- Â Help create a low-stress, high-care environment for every patient
