What We are Looking for:

• A positive, extroverted, flexible, self-starting individual who sees value in collaboration and possesses the perseverance to see projects through to completion
• Strong work ethic, integrity
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Have a willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism in a respectful manner
• Ability to sell the "right plant for the right space"
• Horticultural education or experience a plus
• 2 + years of retail/wholesale experience or equivalent customer service experience preferred
• Must be fast paced on computer and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Able to handle physical activity such as lifting, loading, bending, crouching, and moving plant material and bagged soils
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance or appropriate equipment when needed
