Responsibilities:
- Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings, interview clients and witnesses, consult field experts, and research statutes and case law
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and other correspondence
- Collaborate with Senior Attorneys to determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions
- Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns
- Active member of NC Bar Association and SC Bar Association required
- Two (2) or more years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation or litigation preferred
- A willingness to learn and grow with our nationally recognized attorneys is a must
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Experience with SmartAdvocate Software a plus
- Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required
This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
