 Job Title: Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)

Location: Nacogdoches, TX 75961

Duration : Full time permanent

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) is responsible for preparing and dispensing appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, leading a team of pharmacy technicians, and managing the overall day-to-day pharmacy responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and hands-on retail pharmacy management experience.

·        Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

·        High School Diploma or equivalent

·        Active Pharmacist License required

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills

·        Strong leadership, communication, and management skills

·        Minimum 3–5 years retail pharmacy management experience required

·        Previous retail pharmacy experience required

·        Previous pharmacy leadership experience preferred

·        Experience utilizing Pharmacy Patient Management Systems

·        Experience managing pharmacy operations and compliance

·        Standing for prolonged periods of time

·        Fine motor skills

·        Ability to handle, control, and operate pharmacy tools and equipment
