Schedule: Monday–Friday | Typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Lead Pharmacy Operations & Make an Impact

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations while providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of pharmacy technicians.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PharmD with strong retail pharmacy management experience who enjoys combining hands-on pharmacy practice with leadership, compliance, and operational oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, verify, prepare, and dispense prescriptions accurately and legally

  • Counsel patients and provide medication-related guidance

  • Lead, supervise, and support pharmacy technicians

  • Manage technician scheduling, staffing, performance, and workflow

  • Oversee inventory, medication expiration, stocking, labeling, and organization

  • Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and dispensing records

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and applicable pharmacy regulations

  • Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and facility policies

  • Optimize pharmacy workflow and operational efficiency

  • Utilize pharmacy patient management systems effectively

  • Support overall pharmacy operations and quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

  • Active Pharmacist License required

  • 3–5+ years of retail pharmacy management experience

  • Previous retail pharmacy experience required

  • Pharmacy leadership/supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience with pharmacy patient management systems

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
