As a Mixer Driver in Nampa, ID, you’ll play an important role in keeping our projects moving by safely delivering ready-mixed concrete to jobsites and customers.

You’ll join a team that puts safety first while offering weekly pay, great benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to jobsites and customers.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip safety inspections.
• Deliver concrete accurately and according to the specifications provided on each delivery ticket.
• Complete, sign, and submit delivery tickets and required documentation.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and jobsite teams.
• Help ensure every delivery arrives safely, on time, and ready to perform.

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to sit and remain focused for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance
• Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
