- Have no problems wearing lightweight hoods, smocks, or boots, and throughout the majority of your 12-hour shift. We also prohibit the wearing of perfume, cologne, hairspray, makeup, contact lenses, dresses, and open-toed/high-heeled shoes. These dressing requirements help protect the highly sensitive tech products you will be working with!Â
- Enjoy detailed work in a clean, structured environment, and follow established safety and quality procedures.Â
- Have a desire to learn and grow in the manufacturing or semiconductor industries!Â
- Have the drive and capability to be cross-trained (learn more than one job or operation).Â
- Enjoy working together with equipment technicians (mechanics who are charged with maintenance), process technicians (fix any defects in the wafers), engineers, and managers to produce the highest quality product.Â
Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing tools to process high-quality products.Â
- Working in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals.Â
- Interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.Â
- Performing all activities safely and responsibly, and supporting all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and programs.Â

Qualifications
Requirements:Â
- High School Diploma or equivalent.Â
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).Â
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.Â
- Strong attention to detail.Â
- Must lift up to 25 pounds over the head and frequently move it over extended distances.Â
- Must be able to stand, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time.Â
- Comfortable working with and around chemicals (safety training is provided).Â
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in both a team and an independent environment.Â
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to complete tasks.Â
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States.Â
- Stable work history is a plus.Â
Work Schedule:Â
 The schedule is 4 on/3 off for week one and 3 on/4 off for week two. Flexibility to work these hours is required.Â
