What you will do:

  • Represents one or more officers of the organization in a professional manner. 
  • Performs advanced administrative support duties using tact, discretion, and judgment
  • Utilizes advanced computer software skills to perform complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables, forms and presentations
  • Performs difficult, complex, technical and/or specialized administrative support work, which requires the exercise of independent judgment, the application of technical skills and a detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures hospital-wide
  • Attends to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of departmental/divisional activities, transmitting information, development, implementation and interpreting day-to-day activities to ensure administrative functions are carried out effectively.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred
  • Certification: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP); International Association of Admin Professionals (IAAP) preferred
  • Experience: Minimum five years of previous executive administrative support preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting strongly preferred
  • Unique or Preferred Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Workday
