Harcros Chemicals is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Worker / Driver to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. This hybrid role is responsible for safely delivering chemical products to customers, loading and unloading materials, maintaining accurate shipping and delivery documentation, and supporting warehouse inventory and organization activities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable splitting time between driving responsibilities and hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining compliance with DOT, safety, and company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle, inspect, and manage hazardous waste and related documentation in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Prepare customer orders and safely transport, deliver, load, and unload materials and containers.

  • Complete required shipping, delivery, inspection, and DOT-related documentation and ensure shipments are properly secured and labeled.

  • Operate forklifts, trucks, and other equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations.

  • Receive, organize, store, repackage, label, and maintain inventory and warehouse materials.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and general facility upkeep.

  • Ensure customer delivery requirements and product documentation are completed accurately.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • One to three years of related experience and/or training preferred.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.

  • Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements required or ability to obtain certification.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to safely operate a forklift truck.
