KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support trade crews with materials, tools, and site prep 
• Load and unload materials, move debris, and maintain a clean and organized job site 
• Assist with concrete pours, formwork setup and teardown, and general construction tasks 
• Operate basic hand tools and follow direction from foremen and experienced craft leads
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment
• Experienced Laborers: capable of working independently on assigned scopes

• No prior construction experience required for helper roles — we will train the right candidates 
• Prior construction experience preferred for experienced laborer roles 
• OSHA 10 a plus (we can help you get certified) 
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions 
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, and bending 
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Nashville area 
• Valid identification and authorization to work in the U.S. 
• Must work in a drug-free environment
