How you'll make an impact in this role

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Build strong, collaborative relationships between clinical teams, administration, physicians, managed care partners, and community organizations to streamline care delivery.

• Quality & Education Advocacy: Coordinate comprehensive treatment plans while driving clinical quality improvement initiatives and staff educational programs.

• Data & Process Optimization: Track outcomes, compile critical performance data, and deliver actionable recommendations for continuous operational and clinical improvements.

• Patient Navigation Support: Connect uninsured and underinsured patients with vital community resources, follow-up care, and financial assistance programs.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.

Must have previoius RN experience in Oncology.
