You’ll work virtually with families and individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefits. Your role is to understand what they need, educate them on available options, assist with enrollment, and remain a resource after the initial consultation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Scheduling virtual client consultations
• Conducting Zoom appointments
• Asking questions to understand client needs

• Completing follow-up communication
• Keeping accurate digital records
• Participating in training and team development
