Principal Duties
Conduct inspections; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dry van and flatbed tractors and trailers, including associated bodies, systems, and components.
Perform preventive maintenance as well as warranty and accident-related repairs.
Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to ensure compliance with company standards and DOT regulations.
Test equipment to identify and resolve performance issues.
Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Work Experience & Requirements
Two years of verifiable experience preferred, but not required.
Must possess the tools necessary to perform the repairs outlined in this job description; primary air tools will be provided.
Maintain productivity of 85% or higher and efficiency of 95% or higher.
