Pay Range: $58207 per year to $72,759 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to help desk requests and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Support audio/visual setups for meetings and events.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Participate in the ITS On-Call Rotation Support Team, providing after-hours and weekend support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to relate to people from all backgrounds.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and troubleshooting computer systems.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

Additional Details:

• Minimum Age: 21
• This role requires travel to multiple locations throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical environments.
• Elevated security permissions and compliance with information security standards are required.
